• Be a privately held company

• Be less than 5 years old

• Not be an engineering consulting or simulation services company

• Not be a new division or wholly owned subsidiary of an existing company

• Not be an existing or former Ansys commercial customer, including lapsed TECS customers

• Be willing to use Ansys products exclusively for simulation work

• Be willing to commit to agreed marketing deliverables with Ansys
